[After being pushed awake by a wound up pokemon, reminding him of the days when a little girl would wake him up before dawn by jumping on his bed, Harry has joined the rest of their little group in the motel room, now more awake with his coffee. Heather and Henry will find gifts for them off to the side. And he also managed to buy some small things with some money from his part time job at a book-store, for his pokemon. So those three are out of their balls and having fun. And then he finds something marked for him...]

[Video feed crackles to life later that day. Harry is sitting at a table with a smile.]

Merry Christmas everyone. I hope you're all enjoying the holidays. I was left an anonymous gift that I thought a few of you might like to share with me.

Now, I know I'm incredibly biased in claiming I have the most adorable daughter in the world. But now I have proof.

Here's a picture of Heather when she was five years old and decided that she was going to be a cowboy when she grew up...

[Why yes, he's gotten a photo album back. And of course like any dad's, it's filled with photo's of his kid. There's a mix of ones from when he and Jodie had found Cheryl and after his wife's death. But do to moving all the time, there's a lot of baby Heather photo's in there as well, when it was just Harry and his daughter. And like any proud father, Harry will show them off. They are suitably adorable and embarrassing.]

And here she is after loosing her first tooth. I think we told her that -

[The door closes in the background and you might hear a familiar voice. Heather's back....]

"Hey dad, what are.....WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

[And the feed ends as Heather tackles her father. Responses will come after Heather has given up on trying to pry the album out of her dad's hands.]

I guess so, yeah. I'm almost worried about what might happen when Sunny hits that age.

Sunny?

Guess you could call her my daughter, or about as close as I'll ever get. She's about eight years old--can't even imagine her as a teenager.

[He laughs.]

I know that feeling.

She's a brilliant hacker, too. Almost as good as I am with computers, definitely.

[And then it was Proud Adopted Father Time?]

She must be clever.

Oh, she's a genius. And really sweet, too.

[They can start a club.]

And she's adopted?

[The BEST club.]

You might as well call it that. Snake and I were the only ones who could really take care of her, so we just ended up living together.

It's good she had you two then.

Sometimes you just end up in situations like that it seems.

I've wound up in a lot of strange situations, but I think adopting a little girl is probably pretty high up there.

I've just gotten used to it I suppose.

At this point, I'm pretty sure I have too.

I suppose sometimes you just get lucky.

[Yes Harry, adopting Cheryl leading to your death is lucky.]

[WELL HEY, at least every single other person you've ever loved hasn't died horribly.]

Seems like it. Though I don't think I'm a very lucky person, myself.

[Nope just most of them.]

I'm not really sure what I am.

[At least none of them ever got killed by a vampire?]

I'd think that's reasonable, coming from the kind of places you and Heather have been to. I probably wouldn't know what or even who I was.

Believe me, I think I can sympathize. 'Confusing' has probably been the very least I can say to describe life outside Johto for the past nine years.

A cult has been teaching their followers that I stole god from them. I'm not what you would call a closed minded person when it comes to strange histories.

Why do they think you're a terrorist?

Oh, you know...government conspiracy, plots to take over the world, things like that.

I think it would take a lot to faze me at this point.

Sounds interesting. A government conspiracy to take over the world or are those separate?
