Post Eleven: Attack of the thing with wings [Video/Action for Cianwood]

[Harry is outside writing in a notebook. Bag off to the side.

Why can you see him? Because his pokemon are bored. You might be able to see two pokemon, a Togepi and Pichu, as they fumble with the camera. This sadly get's Harry's attention. ]

What are you two doing? I told you....

[And he has to stop there as something soars down out of the sky at his face. Hey Route, enjoy Harry Mason being attacked....kinda.]

What, ah ...get off!

[There's a bit of confusion after that as the camera is dropped. And the next thing you see is Harry holding a ...thing in his hands. Or as he'll find out later a Woobat. Just looks at the now back in focus gear...not amused.]

Well the egg finally hatched.

.....attacking people at random isn't a normal habit of this thing, is it?

[Because it's going to find itself on the wrong end of a lead pipe if it keeps this up.]

...I don't know, actually. I don't think I've seen that one before.

Is it a habit of any of these things?

[There is a bat creature, sitting on his head. He's not happy about it, but it won't let go.]

I have a Pidgeot that seemed to enjoy attacking me and stealing my glasses for the longest time, actually.

...I suppose it would depend on the pokemon.

Hopefully this one won't make it a hobby. I've had enough things swooping down at my head to last a lifetime.

She did finally stop a while after she got too big to keep doing it without actually hurting me. Either she got tired of it or I got lucky.

[Lisa has no qualms about bat-like creatures swooping in. Other than the myth about them getting stuck in women's hair... But she's safely across the map, so she can smile about it.]

Awh, Harry... It's kind of cute, don't you think?

Kind of. ...Now that it isn't flying at my face.

[This is said as if such a creature couldn't possible have any ill will.]

I think it likes you, personally. I mean, I flew out of no where at you the first time we met, and I sure took a shining to you.

I'm pretty sure randomly attacking people is sort of a trait of Pokemon in general.

I'm afraid I cannot say about that particular Pokemon, but it does seem a common-enough trait in baby Pokemon to do so.

[ At least from what Layton has seen and experienced... jumping and attacking Turtwigs are not fun, dude. ]

...I- I. I don't think most pokemon tend to be violent, no. But I've never seen one like that...

[He chuckles.]

Thanks. Well hopefully you're right. I'd rather not have it attacking me for no reason all the time.

I think I have a picture of it. ...they sent me one of my photo albums for some reason....I'll have to take a look for it. For some reason it involved a cape.

She was very big into pretending to be animals. I was on first name basis with the school principal the year she was a dinosaur.

I wonder if Pokemon would like books...that's something to look into.
